CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placement. To proceed with the cancellation, kindly respond to your order confirmation email or fill out the form below for communication. Once we receive your email, a cancel confirmation will be sent out, and an immediate refund will be issued.
If you already received an email with tracking number, that mean your order has been shipped. Please note that we are unable to make any changes including cancellation once the order has been shipped.
