ABOUT OUR PLANTS

Most of our plants are growing indoor with light/temperature controlled at 73F, and between 70-80% humidity at all time to maintain their beautiful foliages. On the other hand, we still have plants acclimated to normal room humidity, which is around 40-50%.
Please read the description on each listing carefully, that is where we will let you know if a specific plant have its special needs.

After being shipped for more than 48hrs, yellowing on the oldest leaf is totally normal, you can trim these yellowed leaves or allow them to naturally shed on their own. If the yellowing happens on all leaves, this might indicate the plant is experiencing shipping stress or root rot.
On varigated plants, you may notice the white or yellow variegated areas have small patches of brown due to lack of light.

Unfortunately we only ship within the United States at the moment.

Our studio is not open to public and pick ups are not available. However, if you live within a 50-mile radius of Houston, we do offer UPS Ground service that will quickly deliver your order at your doorstep the next day once it shipped! For example, if your package is dropped off at UPS on Monday, you will receive your order the next day, Tuesday.

We’re offering 4 shipping services from UPS with handling fee included. There will be an increment for each additional plant depends on the service you’re using.

(1-3 transit days with $1 increment for each additional plant)

(Second Day Delivery with $8 increment for each additional plant)
• UPS Next Day Air $59
(Next-Day Delivery with $10 increment for each additional plant)

All orders will be shipped every Monday & Tuesday to ensure your order arrives before the weekend. If placed after 1 pm CT on Tuesday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday.

Our plants are shipped in their original nursery pots, as seen in our listings, to avoid disturbing their roots before reaching their new home. We use corrugated wrap to minimize physical damages during transit and plenty of kraft paper for added protection. During colder months, 72-hour heat packs and insulation are available at no extra cost to reduce the risk of cold damages. While we take utmost care in packing, minor cosmetic damages during shipping are possible and considered normal as the plants will regrow new leaves.

If you already received an email with tracking number, that mean your order has been shipped. Please note that we are unable to make any changes including cancellation once the order has been shipped.
However, after your order ships, you might directly contact the carrier to inquire about updating the address or redirecting the package to a pickup facility.

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the carrier tracking number (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation email). You can also access your tracking number at tlplantstudio.com/account/login. From there, click or tap "Orders," then select your most recent order number.

Rest assured that if your tracking information doesn't populate immediately, it's normal. The carrier may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking details. Please revisit the link, and the tracking information should be updated soon.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, a high volume of orders can occasionally cause delays. Once your order is shipped, there might be delays due to delivery issues, such as severe weather conditions, incomplete delivery addresses, or regional service disruptions.

If you order multiple items and orders, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each order, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

For the fastest service, please contact the carrier directly. Sometimes carrier tracking information may update early, resulting in potential delivery within 24 hours. If your package has not yet reached its estimated delivery date, please be patient, as it is in transit. However, if the estimated delivery date has passed, kindly reach out to the carrier for further details.

Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placement. To proceed with the cancellation, kindly respond to your order confirmation email or fill out this form for communication. Once we receive your email, a cancel confirmation will be sent out, and an immediate refund will be issued.
